Incepem prin a pregati frisca si cremele. </div>

Intr-o tigaie topim la foc mic , 100 ml frisca lichida cu 100 gr ciocolata cu alune de padure amestecand in continuu cu ajutorul unui tel facand atentie ca frisca sa nu ajunga in punctul de fierbere. Cand ciocolata s-a topit si am amestecat bine , dam de pe foc , lasam sa se raceasca apoi punem intr-un bol si dam la frigider . </div>

Intr-o alta tigaie topim la foc mic ,100 ml frisca lichida cu 100 gr ciocolata cu lapte,cele doua lingurite cu rom,amestecand in continuu cu ajutorul unui tel facand atentie ca frisca sa nu ajunga in punctul de fierbere. Cand ciocolata s-a topit si am amestecat bine , dam de pe foc , lasam sa se raceasca apoi punem intr-un bol si dam la frigider . </div>

Frisca o punem intr-un bol si mixam la viteza maxima cu ajutorul unui mixer pana ce frisca a devenit tare si lucioasa. Intorcand bolul, frisca nu va cadea . Dam si acest bol la frigider. </div>
<div>
Dupa 2-3 ore , scoatem cele doua creme de la frigider si cu ajutorul unui mixer , mixam la viteza maxima fiecare crema pana amestecul de ciocolata si frisca devine o crema pufoasa si delicioasa :) . </div>

Intr-o tavita punem un strat de napolitane. Intindem un prim strat de crema de ciocolata cu alune, suprapunem un nou strat de napolitane dupa care asezam un strat de frisca. Acoperim cu un nou strat de napolitane peste care punem cea de-a doua crema cu ciocolata cu lapte .Peste acest strat de crema ,punem un strat de frisca , nivelam frumos si ornam cu ciocolata rasa, nuca zdrobita si triunghiurile de napolitana. </div>

<b>Mod de preparare: </b><br />

Untul ( sau margarina ) trebuie scos din frigider din timp pentru a putea ajunge la temperatura camerei.In caz ca nu ati facut acest lucru e de ajuns sa puneti untul intr-un vas si sa il topiti la microunde sau la flacara mica si apoi sa lasati sa se raceasca.<br />
Punem intr-un bol untul impreuna cu zaharul si incepem sa mixam pana ce vor deveni o crema fina.<br />
Adaugam oul intreg,zeama de lamaie,coaja rasa de la lamaie si mixam in continuare.<br />
Faina o amestecam separat cu praful de copt si o adaugam la compozitia cu unt.Amestecam totul foarte bine.<br />
Obtinem o compozitie nu foarte moale dar lipicioasa.<br />

Acoperim bolul cu o folie de plastic ( optional) si dam la frigider pentru cateva ore.Eu l-am lasat 3 ore. Aluatul va trebui sa fie tare ,sa poata fi modelat cu usurinta.<br />
Dupa timpul in care a stat la frigider luam aluatul si il impartim in mai multe bile ( de marimea dorita).<br />
Fiecare bila o trecem mai intai prin zahar tos si apoi prin zahar pudra.<br />
Tapetam o tava cu hartie de copt ( sau ungem cu unt si tapetam cu faina).<br />
Asezam bilele lasand destul spatiu intre ele.<br />

Punem untul ( care se poate inlocui si cu margarina,iar daca ati uitat sa il scoateti din timp din frigider pentru a ajunge la temperatura camerei,topiti-l la microunde sau la flacara mica,apoi lasati-l sa se raceasca) si mixam in continuare.</div>

Adaugam laptele rece si amestecam usor.</div>

Punem faina si praful de copt iar la urma punem coaja rasa de portocala.</div>

Turnam compozitia in tava pentru briose si dam la cuptorul incins in prealabil la 180 grade pentru 15-20 minute.</div>

Si cum ieri a fost ziua mea m-am gandit sa transform aceasta prajitura intr-un tort. Merita incercat...merita fiecare lingurita ;) ...<br />

<li>1 plic crema pentru prajituri cu gust de ciocolata ( gen: Dr.Oetker. ) </li>

<li>150 ml lapte rece </li>
<li>2 linguri cu zahar </li>

Separam albusurile de galbenusuri.<br />
Albusurile le mixam spuma tare.Adaugam cate o lingura de zahar si mixam bine dupa fiecare.Apoi adaugam pe rand cate un galbenus , la fel , mixand bine dupa fiecare.<br />
Punem plicul crema pentru prajituri cu gust de ciocolata si amestecam usor cu o spatula de jos in sus.<br />
Tapetam o tava rotunda pentru cuptor cu hartie de copt ( sau ungem cu unt si tapetam cu faina) ,turnam compozitia si dam la cuptorul incins in prealabil la 180 grade pentru 20 minute.<br />

<b> Crema:</b><br />
Punem intr-un vas frisca lichida,laptele,zaharul si plicul crema pentru prajituri cu gust de vanilie .Mixam bine toate ingredientele ,intai la viteza mica apoi la viteza maxima.Trebuie sa obtinem o crema pufoasa.<br />
<b> </b><br />
<b> Glazura:</b><br />
Punem intr-o craticioara frisca,ciocolata,untul si esenta de rom si le topim la foc mic amestecand in continuu.<br />

<b>Asamblare tort:</b><br />
Asezam blatul pe o farfurie .Asezam apoi un strat de crema si glazuram cu glazura de ciocolata.<br />
Pastram tortul la frigider si e mult mai bun consumat a doua zi.<br />

Ceapa o curatam,o spalam si o tocam marunt.</div>

Morcovii ii curatam,ii spalam si ii taiem in doua pe lung si apoi rondele .</div>

Punem uleiul in tigaie si punem la calit ceapa impreuna cu morcovii pana se inmoaie.</div>

Adaugam fasolea ( scursa) ,foile de dafin,cimbrul si apa calda cat sa acopere fasolea .Lasam la fiert la foc mic pana ce bobul de fasole este fiert ( este moale) .Daca este nevoie mai adaugati apa.</div>

Adaugam sucul de rosii ,mararul,sare si piper dupa gust.Lasam inca 5 minute la foc mic.</div>

Oul il batem spuma si il adaugam la faina impreuna cu iaurtul si uleiul.</div>

Ardeiul il spalam si il taiem cuburi mici.Crenvustii ii taiem tot cuburi mici.</div>

Adaugam la compozitia cu faina ardeiul,mazarea,crenvustii si parmezanul.Daca este necesar puneti sare dupa gust.</div>

Amestecam bine toate ingredientele si compozitia obtinuta o punem in formele de briose cu ajutorul unei linguri.</div>

Dam la cuptorul incins pana ce se rumenesc usor la suprafata.</div>

Vinetele le spalam,le taiem felii subtiri pe lung,presaram sare si le lasam la scurs.</div>

Dovleceii ii spalam,ii taiem fasii pe lung.</div>

Punem ulei intr-o tigaie si prajim pe rand feliile de vinete si cele de dovlecei.Le scoatem pe un servet de hartie pentru a elimina uleiul in exces.</div>

Separat decojim ceapa,o spalam si o tocam cat mai marunt.O calim in putin ulei .Adaugam carnea tocata si amestecam cu o lingura de lemn la foc potrivit pana ce carnea isi schimba culoarea.</div>

Adaugam sucul de rosii ,sare si piper dupa gust,putin zahar ( in cazul in care sucul de rosii este prea acru) si amestecam. Lasam cateva minute la foc mic pana ce scade sosul ( daca e nevoie adaugati putina apa ).Cand este gata inchidem focul.</div>

Intr-un vas pentru cuptor punem un strat de vinete ,unul de dovlecei,apoi presaram parmezan ,punem un strat de carne cu suc de rosii.Repetam astfel pana ce terminam toate ingredientele.Ultimul strat fiind de vinete peste care presaram parmezan si asezam rosiile spalate si taiate pe jumatate.</div>

Valentine's Day... o noua '' scuza'' pentru a putea spune celui de linga noi ca il iubim ( desi asta facem zilnic...sau asa ar trebui :) ) ... <li>2 linguri cacao</li>
<li>1 lingura cafea</li>

<li>170 gr mascarpone </li>

Punem intr-un bol untul ( la temperatura camerei ) si zaharul.Mixam pana ce acestea devin o crema.</div>

Adaugam galbenusul si mixam in continuare pana ce zaharul s-a topit.</div>
<div>
Separat albusul il mixam spuma tare si il adaugam la compozitia de unt.Mixam in continuare.</div>
<div>
Adaugam cacaua,cafeaua si mixam,apoi punem faina si mixam pana ce ingredientele s-au amestecat bine .</div>
<div>
Punem compozitia in forma de briose si dam la cuptourl incins in prealabil la 180 grade pentru 15 minute ( faceti testul cu scobitoarea) .</div>

Cand sunt gata se scot si se lasa la racit.</div>

Adaugam ciocolata calda ( nu fierbinte) in bolul cu mascarpone si mixam pana ce devine o crema de consistenta dorita.</div>

Dupa repaus ,formam din compozitie bomboane de marimea unei nuci.</div>

Jumatate le-am dat prin cacao si jumatate prin fulgi de nuca de cocos.</div>

Se servesc imediat sau se tin la frigider pana in momentul servirii.( cu cat vor sta mai mult la frigider cu atit vor fi mai bune ) .</div>

Cand aproape s-au calit ,adaugam carnea tocata,turnam vinul , amestecam si lasam cateva minute sa fiarba la foc moderat.</div>

Adaugam sucul de rosii si amestecam cu o lingura de lemn.Mai lasam cateva minute sa fiarba la foc mic si apoi inchidem si lasam sa se raceasca putin.</div>

Ungem o tava cu unt ( tava mea a fost de 25\30 cm) si asezam un prim strat de foi de lasagna.</div>

Turnam un strat de ragu ( compozitia de carne) ,apoi un strat de parmezan.</div>

Asezam apoi din nou un strat de foi de lasagna,ragu si parmezan.</div>

Facem un ultim strat de foi de lasagna ,ungem cu suc de rosii .Acoperim cu un strat de sos bechamel si parmezan.</div>

<li>10 linguri cu faina</li>
<li>1 plic praf de copt </li>
<li>3 linguri cacao</li>
<li>200 ml frisca lichida</li>
<li>zahar pudra </li>

Incepem prin a mixa bine ouale cu zaharul .</div>
<div>
Adaugam frisca lichida si mixam in continuare bine.</div>
<div>
Faina o amestecam cu praful de copt si o adaugam putin cate putin la compozitia de oua .</div>

Tapetam o tava rotunda cu hartie de copt ( sau ungeti cu unt si tapetati cu faina) si turnam jumtate din compozitie.</div>

In cealalta jumatate punem cacaua si amestecam bine.</div>
<div>
Turnam compozitia de cacao peste cealalta in tava si amestecam usor cu ajutorul unei furculite.</div>

Punem tava in cuptorul incins in prealabil la 180 grade pentru 20-25 minute.</div>
<div>
Cand este gata,lasam la racit si pudram cu zahar pudra.</div>
